Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
By using the Trivgo website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. While we strive to provide the exact vehicle model requested, Trivgo reserves the right to provide an equivalent category vehicle.
Cancellations & Refunds
Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both travellers and our driver partners:
- Rides: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup.
- Trips: Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before the journey start date.
- Late Cancellations: A nominal convenience fee may be charged for last-minute cancellations.
User Conduct
Users are expected to treat our driver partners and guides with respect. Any form of harassment, illegal activity, or damage to vehicles will result in immediate termination of the journey without a refund.
